July, when you are working out in the desert off the Black Canyon Freeway is hotter than hot! Some nights, coming back into town, the temp at 8:30-9 p.m. would still be registering in the 120's. But even so, I found the dry heat there a lot more tolerable than the temps in July back in D.C. where, with all the humidity factors, at 85 or 90 it felt hotter than the 120's in Phoenix. October though was absolutely perfect weather. However, I'm still a "four-season girl" and may grump and complain in the winter months about the cold, ice and snow, but I still enjoy it -to a degree -most of the time.Jenihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16425701332785470116noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2140742090745055070.post-83909286177431832832007-10-20T11:11:00.000-04:002007-10-20T11:11:00.000-04:00I've heard a lot of good things about your twon. I lived near Palm Springs for quite a few years so I know better than to head that way in the summer. :-)

Thanks for participating.
GeneGene Bachhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12266471278081134491noreply@blogger.com
